The BI Analyst will be able to design a solution from scratch as well as understand data needs necessary to drive business decisions including forecasting, KPIs and operational excellence. This role is expected to collaborate closely with multiple teams inside and outside of the IT department and effectively influence on behalf of analytics and data driven thinking. • Advanced SQL knowledge with 5+ years of experience working with multiple platforms (SQL Server, Oracle etc.) including modeling, creating, and operating a database. • Experience in reporting and analytics tools Tableau (70% use case), Power Bi (30% use case). • Familiarity with systems integration utilizing tools and languages such as SSIS, C#, Python and JavaScript is preferred. • Experience with cloud development such as Azure, AWS and GCP. Azure experience is preferred. • Excellent management and communication skills. Have a desire for continuous process improvement, optimization, and automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable and highly proficient in working with large sets of data in spreadsheets and other information systems. • Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field • Ability to take loose or incompletely defined requirements and use knowledge and experience to create a finished product. • Ability to give effective training and presentations to senior management and other groups. • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
