Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is responsible for providing advanced support and expertise in Active Directory, Messaging systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft 365 (M365), and ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these technologies and frameworks, and will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex issues, leading projects, and ensuring the stability and security
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory architecture, administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
Expertise in messaging systems management and problem resolution.
Proficiency in VDI technologies and best practices.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Solid understanding and application of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Patching tools (e.g., SCCM, ManageEnginer Patch Manager Plus, Intune etc.) is a plus.
