•    Experience with C++ development

•    Expert of C++ core features - OOP, Structure, Pointers, Template, Exception handling, containers, Threading

•    Development in Linux environment

•    Excellent debugging skill to dealt with memory, synchronization and network related problem

•    Understanding of SIP call flow and can analyse complicated call signalling in VoIP.

•    Experience with streaming media protocols (SIP, SDP, H.323).

•    Experience developing networking software including working with socket level programming and UDP/TCP.

•    Good command using Linux system and development tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.

•    Experience using software Design Patterns

•    Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

•    Motivated self-starter
