About the Job

Assistant Manager Finance/Accounting is responsible for supervising all the Accounts/Finance department activities including but not limited to Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, Banking, Bank Account & Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets & Prepaid Expenses/Amortization, Depreciation, Inter-Company Accounting, External Audit support, Financial Reporting, etc.
• Graduation (Bachelors) in Accounting; Masters’ degree and/or CA qualification will be an advantage.
• 8-10 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance, including 4-5 years’ supervisory experience preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES industry.
• 7-8 years’ experience in popular Accounting applications, such as Tally, QuickBooks
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred
• Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet/Intranet
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
