ABAP HR Consultant – 2 positions
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ABAP HR and 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Data Migration project experience
- Demonstrating experience as SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation project
- Knowledge and experience of Data Migration in Employee Central, PM/GM, Compensation, etc.
- Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design
- Understanding functional specs and writing technical specs
- Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP BDC programs and LSMW’s
- Executing of conversion programs for each mock cycle, dress rehearsal, and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project
- Proficiency in SQL coding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work independently
