Position Summary:
The Allscripts TW (TouchWorks) Support Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of the TW EHR. This role works closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the application effectively supports clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day application support for TW (TouchWorks), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management), FMH (Follow MyHealth)
Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
Participate in TW upgrades, patches, and testing cycles, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience in ICD 10 and CPT code updates
Document application changes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Engage in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Overall 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting TouchWorks, VPM , Follow MyHealth
