As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities of our real estate properties. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and legal regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A valid real estate license

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the sales team, including setting sales targets and guiding them to achieve their goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase sales revenue
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers
• Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote our real estate properties
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine market demand and pricing strategies
• Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
• Stay updated with industry developments, laws, and regulations related to real estate sales
