Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their concerns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns
- Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM
