Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Turbhe [Navi Mumbai]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and selling products/services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales.

2. Present products/services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.

3. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

5. Research and qualify potential customers using databases, online resources, and other tools.

6. Update customer records and sales activities in CRM software.

7. Handle customer objections, concerns, and complaints professionally.

8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment.

9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

10. Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

3. Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets.

4. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

5. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.

7. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.

8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
