Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at KeyLogic Infotech. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, who is passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Manage employee relations issues and address employee grievances
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
