Key Responsibilities:
Sales of the residential projects.
· Maintaining the quality of services for company good will and getting more bookings with the help of effective market research.
· Conducting meeting to change prospect into buyer.
· Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. And closing the deals.
· Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients to achieve business targets.
· Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis, providing redress to all their queries,
· Complaints and maintaining good client relation.
· Meet the targets set by the manager.
· Generating effective leads.
Desired Skills and experience
The Ideal Candidate should possess the following
1. 1to 3Years of experience in Real estate Sales.
2.Should be a Graduate.
3. Good in Communication both English and Hindi.
CTC: Upto 8 LPA
