Position: Field Service Engineer

Location(On-site): 7, Prime Industry Estate, Savli - Vadodara Rd, behind Guru Krupa Farm, Manjusar, Gujarat 391775

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the machinery manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to South India for on-site support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment at customer sites in South India.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Document and report service activities, including maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to enhance service quality.
