Key Responsibilities:

·       Acquire new clients in the international and domestic markets for IT projects related to web, mobile, e-commerce applications, digital marketing, and maintenance solutions by leveraging your technical background and expertise.

·       Manage the end-to-end business development and sales process, including database creation, lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure.

·       Prepare documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs) and ensure the conversion of qualified leads into business.

·       Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively engaging with prospects and positioning IT solutions through value-based selling.

·       Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand the company's network and identify new business opportunities.

·       Collaborate with the Customer Success team to handle short and specific projects/clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelors in Computer Science, MBA, or similar relevant field.

·       Experience working with mid-market and enterprise customers in the international and domestic markets by selling web, mobile, e-commerce applications, digital marketing, and maintenance solutions; at least 3 years in IT sales.

·       Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment and Exceeding Sales Targets in Contiguous and multiple Years.

·       Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, Including Presentation skills.

·       Strong Relationship-building, Customer Analysis, and Negotiation Skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with all the Verticals across all Geographical Locations.

·       Ability to drive the Business Individually and Leverage the broad portfolio of products and Solutions.
