7. Problem analysis & Corrective and Preventive Action (CCRA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. -Read and understand electrical drawings.
2. -Perform routine equipment calibration.
3. -Conduct incoming inspection for electrical items, busbars, and wires.
4. -Perform final product inspections.
5. -Handle and conduct internal and external audits.
6. Document quality assurance activities.
7. Provide training to the team.
8. Have knowledge of:

• Electrical panel testing procedures.
• Root cause analysis.
• Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) - Control plan, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), process capability.
