Job Overview

As a Tool Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the tool room operations. This includes coordinating with the production team, managing tool inventories, ensuring tool maintenance, and optimizing tool utilization. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in tool room management, possess strong technical skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in tool room management
• Solid knowledge of tool room processes and equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
• Strong technical skills in tool assembly, disassembly, and maintenance
• Experience with fixtures, MNTR machines, lathes, and surface grinding
• Ability to troubleshoot tool-related issues and perform repairs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
