Job Overview

Job Title : Sr. Engineer

Department : Design & Development

Location: Manesar

Salary : Up to 40 – 50K CTC

Required Education : B. tech (Mechanical)

Required Exp. : 4- 6 Years in sheet metal manufacturing process.

Responsible for implementation & maintain the procedure and records of all concerned department as per Design & Development requirement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Design Engineer, with 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Siemens NX and Solid Edge design software.
• Experience in fixture and gauge designing for manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in design drafting and creating detailed technical drawings.
• Knowledge of progressive tooling and sheet metal design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative solutions for our clients' engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using Siemens NX, Solid Edge, and other design software.
• Perform engineering calculations to ensure designs meet technical requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, explaining the rationale behind the chosen solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to select the appropriate materials, components, and equipment.
• Oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design issues or technical problems that arise during the development and testing phases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design engineering to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
