Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance and new product development
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
• Experience with production part approval process (PPAP)
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the quality assurance and new product development processes
• Develop and implement QA and NPD policies and procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of QA and NPD projects
• Conduct regular quality inspections and provide feedback on product and process improvements
• Monitor product development timelines and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances
• Create and maintain accurate documentation related to QA and NPD activities
• Train and mentor junior QA and NPD team members
