Job Overview

As an NPD Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of new products from concept to production. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product specification, quality control, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in product development and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product development or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
• Experience with quality assurance techniques and tools
• Familiarity with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Proficiency in measurements, documentation, and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of 7 QC (Quality Control) Tools
