Job Overview:

As an Associate Finance Manager within our precast construction firm, you will be responsible for assisting in financial management and leveraging SAP technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Working closely with the finance team and cross-functional departments, you will contribute to budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement while utilizing SAP to streamline financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ø Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data using SAP-generated reports. Assist in preparing financial forecasts, performance metrics, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  2. Ø SAP Integration: Utilize your SAP expertise to optimize financial processes, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain data consistency across different financial functions. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve SAP-related issues and drive system enhancements.
  3. Ø Budget Management: Support the creation and management of project budgets using SAP's financial modules. Monitor expenses, track budget variances, and assist in cost control efforts.
  4. Ø Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports using SAP-generated data. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and stakeholders.
  5. Ø Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with procurement and accounts payable teams to manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments while utilizing SAP's procurement and payment modules.
  6. Ø Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding financial matters. Assist in addressing inquiries and resolving financial-related issues.
  7. Ø Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and optimize SAP usage to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Ø Team Support: Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper documentation, data entry, and compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve financial goals.
  9. Ø Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing financial data and reports for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional qualifications like an MBA or professional certifications (CMA, CA) are preferred.

2.     [X+] years of experience in finance-related roles, with a strong background in SAP usage.

3.     Proficiency in SAP software, particularly SAP Financials (FI) modules and reporting tools.

4.     Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting within the construction industry.

5.     Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

6.     Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

7.     Problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.

8.     Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and financial regulations.

9.     Collaborative work ethic and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
