Looking for HR Recruiter

Who will be responsible for full recruitment cycle from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Experience : 2 to 7 Years.

Location : Navalur, Chennai.

Working days : 5 Days.

Industry : Staffing / Consultancy

Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

B. Develop and update job descriptions as per the requirements

C. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and different job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Linkdin)

D. Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.

E. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

F. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

G. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

H. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

I. Completing the documentation of new hires.
