Candidate sourcing and screening through platforms like naukri.com and LinkedIn.

Coordinating the recruitment process and maintaining detailed records.

Providing a stellar candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.

Negotiating salary and job offers with candidates.

Maintaining accurate records in the company's applicant tracking system.

Staying updated on industry trends and labor laws related to technical recruiting.

Requirements and Skill Sets:

Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of recruitment experience.

Experience with closing Leadership/Lateral hiring is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional and customer-focused mindset.
