We are seeking a talented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time executive-level position is based in multiple locations, including Kanpur, Jaipur, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in lead generation, field sales, and merchant acquiring (Mandatory skill) is critical for this role.
- Proficiency in relationship building to establish and maintain effective partnerships with clients is required.
- Strong customer service skills to solve customer needs and enhance their experience are necessary.
- Ability to understand and anticipate potential client requirements for seamless service delivery.
- Excellent understanding of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales processes and strategies.
- Proficient communication skills to effectively convey information and influence clients.
- Strong negotiating skills to close deals and drive revenue growth for the company.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as part of field sales activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify potential clients for the company's e-learning offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to optimize customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Actively work on merchant acquiring to expand the company's reach and enhance its service availability.
- Engage with customers to understand their educational needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize efforts and improve brand visibility.
- Document sales processes and client interactions to enhance overall team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to keep updated on industry trends and product innovations.
