Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time executive-level position is based in multiple locations, including Kanpur, Jaipur, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in lead generation, field sales, and merchant acquiring (Mandatory skill) is critical for this role.
  • Proficiency in relationship building to establish and maintain effective partnerships with clients is required.
  • Strong customer service skills to solve customer needs and enhance their experience are necessary.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate potential client requirements for seamless service delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales processes and strategies.
  • Proficient communication skills to effectively convey information and influence clients.
  • Strong negotiating skills to close deals and drive revenue growth for the company.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as part of field sales activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify potential clients for the company's e-learning offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
