Responsibilities
∙ Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines.
∙ Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers. ∙ Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest. ∙ Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries. ∙ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
∙ Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
∙ Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
∙ Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
∙ Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement. ∙ Ensure compliance at all steps.
∙ Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
Requirements
∙ Proven experience (0-5 years) as a tele caller or in a similar sales role. ∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙ Candidate must know English and Malyalam
∙ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
∙ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
∙ Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.
∙ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
∙ Fresher, BCom, BBA, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
∙ Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
∙ Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
