Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at White Horse Insurance Broker Private Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of general insurance products in the Pathankot region of Punjab, India. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of general insurance products and market trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the general insurance sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents & clients and key stakeholders
• Provide excellent agents & customer service and address client queries and concerns
• Lead a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
