Job Overview
Karma Group is looking for a Customer Service Tele Marketing fresher to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a Full-Time position perfect for someone with 0 to 1 year of work experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the patience to deal with a wide range of customer issues. Fluency in Hindi is compulsory.

- Fluency in Hindi is compulsory

- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate information handling
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our offerings
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
- Maintaining and updating customer records and interactions in the CRM system
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer interactions and processes
- Meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies by providing customer insights
