Job Duties
Responsible for Handling Workshop Service Engineers, Welder, & Other
Administration manpower falling under Product Support Service Team.
Improving Vital few parameters like PSF,MTTR, CSI
Spares, Lubes, Attachment Business through Service Team & Other sources
Market wise Machine population mapping for Customer Meets to improve
Retention & organize service camps.
Monitoring customer concerns, F to F with customers and warranty dispute
settlement
Technical & Non-technical trainings to manpower on products.
Planning of service camps/events to increase workshop revenue, Field Service
Revenue and to promote brand, Value Added Services
Timely resolution of Concerns to avoid negative word of mouth
Creating delightful customer experience through prompt service action from team.
Promotion of Workshop & other JCB affiliated Value Added Services.
Managing day to day operations of the workshop.
Maintains tools and equipment related to workshop.
Logistics planning and GPS managing.
Stores Management Spares sourcing through own stores & branches
Maintain periodical maintenance data base of the fleet.
Job profile:
*CRM Activities for three to four branches.
* Handling and maintaining of EPBAX (Outgoing & Incoming calls / Fax/ Email etc.)
* Attending visitors at Reception and guiding them accordingly.
* Handling of routine work like inward / outward dispatches and maintaining register for the same.
* To update telephone directory with latest telephone numbers and addresses (Clients/ Parties).
* Co-ordination with Branch Offices.
* Keeping record of important letters, invitations, dates of meeting and shall intimate / remind the MD's
/ Concerned persons.
* Taking instruction from concerned persons and giving feedback regarding actions taken.
* Maintaining of Telephone Directory (Yellow Pages / other Telephone related information Books)
* Keeping information related to Company's business (Sites / Management / Employees).
* Co-ordination for smooth functioning of work related to the Office.
* Attaining telephone calls and notes the messages for officials working with the company and convey
the messages to the same.
* Co-ordination with staff members and maintaining/Updating the field employees attendance on daily
basis.
* To assist Admin Facility in taking care of Housekeeping and Maintain Cleanliness as well as day to day
operations.
* To maintain Attendance Register.
* To provide care to call guests visiting the office, with regards to their comfort, pick up drop, offering of
Tea-Coffee-Water-Cold Beverage-Snacks-Lunch.
*Maintenance of stationery & fulfilling the requirements & Reporting shortages to concerned person.
* Machine Delivery Process (Sole responsibility)
*Parts & Service Campaigns (Telemarketing, Letters etc.)
* To maintain Records of Gift Items.
*To Coordinate with Mobile Service Provider.
