Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Executive specializing in FSSAI Audits for a mid-level position at our Mandideep location. As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This is a full-time position requiring up to 6 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing and auditing quality processes and systems within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in document control and auditing is essential to ensure all processes maintain compliance with industry standards. (Mandatory skill)
• Demonstrated experience with quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and compliance within the organization.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices to effectively manage and maintain quality standards across all operations.
• Experience with ISO 22000 to ensure food safety management systems are in place and are being followed diligently.
• Understanding of BRC standards to implement industry best practices and maintain compliance with global standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP to proactively identify and control food safety risks within the organization.
• Familiarity with GMP to maintain integrity and quality of manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct FSSAI audits and ensure all company practices comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee document control management, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all audits and quality checks.
• Collaborate with departments to implement quality management systems in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols to enhance operational excellence and product integrity.
• Identify areas for quality improvement and work with teams to implement effective solutions and corrective actions.
• Regularly update and maintain compliance with ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation to support findings and recommendations.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure consistent application across all operations.
