Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at Karizma Konnect. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Life insurance sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the insurance industry
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
