Job Overview
Karizma Konnect is seeking a dynamic Export Sales Manager to join our team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bhopal with a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in international sales, focusing on enhancing our business development efforts and expanding our global market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of international markets.
- Proficiency in international sales and negotiation (Mandatory skill) to effectively close deals with varying global clientele.
- Expertise in market analysis to identify and evaluate trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance client partnerships.
- Solid understanding of logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Experience in business development initiatives to drive strategic organizational objectives.
- Proven ability in lead generation to support and expand the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.
