We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive for our Studio Department at KARCO!

Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, letters, and integration into the company culture.
2) HR Processes:
- Administer employee benefits, attendance, and performance management systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3) Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide support for career development.
4) Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR and general office operations.
- Maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and assist with audits as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
5) Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations, Exit formalities.
- Guide career development and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, HR processes, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS (Spine HRIS experience is an advantage).
- Experience with animation/CG/VFX industry-specific requirements and terminology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and as part of a team.
Working Days:
- Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)
- All Sundays fixed off.
