Responsibilities:

• Building fully functional storyline-based eLearning materials that are innovative, interesting, and engaging.

• Work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators, SMEs and quality analysts to develop the courses using authoring tools.

• Creating animations, interactive graphics, and other media.

• Developing learning materials in entertaining formats, such as games, movies, quizzes, simulations of courses, and other media.

• Update existing learning modules based on the required changes / updates from the client.

• Incorporating Changes / feedbacks to the course deliverables in a timely manner

• Need to learn any new digital learning tools rapidly

• a strong understanding of the integration and optimization of graphic assets

• Ability to multitask and operate under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

• a good team player

• Should have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Technical skills

Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Flash/Animate, Photoshop, Audacity/Sound Forge, Illustrator, Fireworks, After Effect, Vyond

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• BCA (Preferred) / BSc / BE / MSc / MCA
