We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

• Interact and Gather information from the SME.

• Select, modify, or create a design and development model appropriate for a given project.

• Suggest instructional enhancements to the content assets so that the learning experience is superior.

• Identify the gaps in the content and fill them.

• Check if all the content assets follow the instructional guidelines.

• Do a thorough language review.

• Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.

• Create Level 2 and Level 3 e-Learning storyboards

• Create Gamified e-Learning storyboards

• Interact with developers to explain the functionality and ensure that it is done per instructions.

• Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them.

• Ensure quality guidelines are followed.
