We are looking for experienced Interior Designer cum Site supervisor for our Hotel who can execute the work onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Understand all finishes requires for five star hotels.
• Good knowledge on vendors, labor rates and material rates.
• Ensure extremely good finish and quality.
• Review construction plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers , contractors and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or design issues that arise during construction.
• Review and verify, budgets, bills and payments.
• work closely with the finances team to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate budget tracking.
• Monitor and supervise the construction work performed to ensure it meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Be available at the project site to assess progress, identify any issues and ensure that construction adheres to approved plans.
• Ensure that all construction work meets the company's quality standards complies with relevant building standards and complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Identify and address any defects or issues promptly to maintain high standard of construction.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, issues and any variations from the project plan
