We are hiring a Leasing and Marketing Manager for Our Organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Creating and implementing a plan for marketing the property
• Improving resident satisfaction
• Aggressively marketing the property through multiple media platforms, including telephone, text, email, and social media
• Performing follow-up with prospects per company guidelines
• Achieving full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements, and enforcing lease terms
• Assisting property owners with leasing their properties to prospective tenants
• Preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualify them
• Acting as a representative for property owners
