The Leasing and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the leasing of food court spaces

to potential vendors and the marketing of the food court to increase foot traffic and vendor

success. This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses excellent negotiation skills,

a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, and the ability to develop and

implement effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
