Kapil Foods and Beverages Pvt Ltd is a well-established Organization specializing in a variety of cuisines, aiming to deliver an exceptional dining experience in an industrial/rustic ambiance. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Accountant to join our team and support financial operations with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Reconciliation: Accurately match credit card and UPI sales to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Daily Tally Management: Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally software to reflect sales, expenses, and inventory management.
• Data Analysis: Generate financial reports and insights to help management make informed business decisions.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage payment schedules for suppliers and reconcile vendor accounts regularly.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses and cash flows to provide a comprehensive view of weekly and monthly finances.
• Inventory Audits: Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to verify stock records and provide cost analysis on stock movements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role; experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
