Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the designated region.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive
landscape.
● Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
● Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
● Close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
● Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
● Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for
upselling or cross-selling.
Market Analysis:
● Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
● Analyse sales data and market feedback to adjust strategies and product offerings
accordingly.
● Provide market insights to the company to support product development and improvement.
Reporting:
● Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales forecasts, and budget tracking.
● Share insights and recommendations with management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● Proven 5 years experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the Horeca sector.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with Horeca industry trends and dynamics.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools.
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
