Gain a comprehensive understanding of our projects and campaigns to effectively promote our
services to potential clients.
2. Develop strategic plans to drive business growth, identify target markets, and explore new
opportunities for expansion.
3. Train and mentor a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to ensure they are equipped
with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve their targets.
4. Provide guidance and support to BDAs in closing sales by assisting them in presentations,
negotiations, and overcoming objections
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform
decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
6. Actively participate in educational fairs, seminars, and networking events to build brand awareness,
establish connections, and generate leads.
7. Identify and onboard B2B clients from various sectors including Schools, corporate entities, colleges,
coaching institutes, study abroad agencies, and hostels.
8. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure client satisfaction,
retention, and foster opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
