- Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team & review their Works
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the Management attention
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist General Manager with conducting audits Letter of Credit (LC) Openings, Discounting, LC Margin Money release, Vendor Payments MIS, Reporting, Customers & Vendor Reconciliation GST, TDS, PF & ESIC & Salary payment etc Maintaining deadline of Statutory payments.
- Co-ordination with bankers, GST Departments, Income Tax Departments, Consultants, Auditors etc.
