Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software support, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
