Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Lead to join our team at KampHire. The incumbent will focus on selling our digital campus recruitment software licenses to corporate clients across India. This is a crucial role, responsible for generating revenue through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and client engagement, all from our office in Ahmedabad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build connections with potential clients through LinkedIn and other digital sources.
  • Source leads through social media and networking.
  • Engage in cold calling with HR heads, CEOs, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations via Zoom or other video platforms.
  • Communicate the benefits of our software application and encourage clients to adopt digital solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, convince prospects, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop engaging social media content aimed at client conversion.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on necessary improvements and new features to enhance the customer experience.
  • Offer excellent client services and ensure timely renewal of services.


Desired Profile:

  • Experience in software, ITES, enterprise, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Prior experience selling products or services to HR professionals is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, social platforms, and digital tools for lead generation.
