Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Back Office Executive for a full-time position at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will have essential skills in data entry and cold calling, contributing to the efficiency of HR and recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Data Entry (Mandatory skill) with the ability to enter, manage, and process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
- Cold Calling (Mandatory skill) experience to assist in outreach and maintaining client relations over the phone.
- Administrative Support experience to facilitate smooth office operations and assist various departments as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with team members and clients, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
- Strong Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in data handling, reporting, and other administrative functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to perform day-to-day tasks and presentations efficiently.
- Problem Solving skills to independently identify issues and develop effective solutions, enhancing operational productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for relevant departments.
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients, manage inquiries, and maintain open lines of communication.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams, assisting in scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring information is disseminated efficiently within the team.
- Organize and maintain office files and records, enabling ease of access and retrieval.
- Proactively address and resolve routine issues within the office environment, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Support the team in various other administrative duties as required to contribute to the company’s overall objectives.
