Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in the factory industry, including detailed knowledge of operational processes and company culture (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in factory license renewal, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations (Mandatory skill).
- Thorough understanding of statutory compliance requirements and the ability to implement and manage policies accordingly (Mandatory skill).
- Strong capacity to manage compliance and legal obligations, ensuring all human resources practices comply with regional laws and regulations.
- Experience in health, safety, and welfare strategies to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Capability in crisis management, including planning and executing responses to unforeseen events effectively.
- Proficient in performance management systems to appraise and develop employees' performance effectively.
- Comprehensive experience in payroll and attendance management to ensure timely and accurate compensation for the workforce.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
