Job Description:
· As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's sales performance and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
· Lead and manage the sales team Across India, setting clear goals and objectives and providing ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
· Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred or Graduates in any Stream.
· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Hospitality.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
· Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
· Proficiency in Utilising the sales tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
