Look after multiple projects at various locations by developing and managing sales team.
provide necessary support to staff in working client handling ,Manages the pre sale , and post sales and after Market activities with the help of sales team.
*Co ordinate with other Executives for sales target, booking on site sale related activities. *Handle customers visit a explain them all technical details of the project & solve the queries of the customer.
*Monitor a review achievements against sales target a intimate activities to increase sales.
*Survey Market to keep self updated with current situation of the Market a competitors.
*Map the geographical location by studying the area target, segment, Market, future development and use the study to Market the properly accordingly.
*Advise on forthcoming projects and discusses about special promotions.
*Generate weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports and share with the Management for future action plan.
*Coordinate with land owner a investors as per company Requirement
*Responsible for recovery agreement and follow up.
*Any additional Responsibilities given by Management or organization should be completed timely.
*Basic knowledge of local language.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM / ERP systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
