Responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management of branch
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
• 3+ years' of experience in mfi / nbfc
• minimum 1 year as a bm experience is required
• Experience hiring and training individuals
