Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a portfolio that showcases a blend of creativity and functionality. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in using WordPress page builders but will also possess the expertise to craft custom plugins tailored to specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites ensuring both responsiveness and scalability.
2. Lead the WordPress team, providing guidance, and ensuring best practices are adhered to.
3. Engage directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and proposing strategic WordPress solutions tailored to their business needs.
4. Design and develop custom WordPress plugins, ensuring they adhere to WordPress coding standards.
5. Train interns and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
6. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and security updates.
