Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Doccine. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience managing a sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
