·        Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling & Closure of Turnkey HVDC Project.

·        Develop an execution strategy on the assigned project and its communication, in consultation with the key stake holder.

·        Providing strong leadership support to ensure operational excellence based on the establish project strategy and best industry practice.

·        Preparation of AOP/CTC/Zero budget.

·        Execution of work as per the allocated budget and time schedule.

·        To monitor compliance of Statutory and contractual requirement of project.

·        Providing technical support to team.

·        Acquisition- Estimating & Costing, offer preparation, organizing site visits.

·        Frequent client visits for review and approvals.

·        Prepare scope of work and cost estimates for any extra work encountered during the

construction and shall put efforts to minimize any additional scope and cost overrun.

•         Ensuring stringent adherence to safety and quality standards/SOP, identifying gaps

            and taking corrective and preventive actions. Ensure and drive Zero Harm and Zero

            Defect culture with all site teams
