Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Kalliyath Group. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets in the assigned district. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a District Sales Manager or similar role in the building materials industry
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned district
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing outstanding customer service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
